Village greenfield site sold to South Norfolk based Saffron Housing Trust

VILLAGE GREENFIELD SITE AT MARTHAM SOLD TO SOUTH NORFOLK BASED SAFFRON HOUSING TRUST

We are pleased to announce that this medium sized greenfield site located in the desirable and well serviced village of Martham in The Great Yarmouth Borough Council administrative area has exchanged with South Norfolk based Saffron Housing Trust.

“This prime medium sized greenfield site was successfully promoted through the planning system and was then ideally placed with South Norfolk based Saffron Housing Trust with the aim of providing new affordable homes for the local community.

With the recent well-publicised level of affordability of housing in recent times and ever increasing mortgage rates and general affordability, this scheme will deliver a much needed development in the local community and surrounding areas of this part of Norfolk which will help to sustain the local economy leading to affordable new homes, new jobs and economic development.”
