Terms agreed for 20-acre greenfield strategic site in Northamptonshire to deliver 150 dwellings

Mayes & Co Ltd have recently agreed terms with a leading developer for a site amounting to (just under) 20 acres (8ha) of land in Northamptonshire for 150 high quality new homes.

This land will be bought forward within the next 2-3 years to satisfy demand for much needed new dwellings in the area and will allow the landowners to purchase a new farm with the proceeds. As such they are excited about the next stage in their lives.
