Planning Application submitted for 110 new homes in Holt, Norfolk

NOVEMBER 2018

Gladman Developments Limited have applied to North Norfolk District Council for the development of 110 new homes on land to the south of Lodge Close, Holt in conjunction with Mayes & Co Ltd.

The land extends to approximately 18 acres (7.4 hectares).

This land will also provide a significant community benefit in the form of a new primary school by way of a “gift of land” to Norfolk County Council.

We hope that together we can achieve a successful result for the landowners on this highly sustainable piece of land close to the town centre and the amenities on offer in the vicinity.

We hope to hear the result of the planning application in he first quarter of 2019.
