Site to deliver approximately 165 new homes at Poringland / Framingham Earl

Gladman Developments Ltd working in collaboration with Mayes & Co Ltd and the landowners, are working on a site to deliver approximately 165 new homes on the border of Poringland/Framingham Earl.

The site extends to 22 acres (8.90 hectares)

The site will deliver 165 new homes with 33% affordable housing to deliver much needed affordable housing in the locality.

We will work with South Norfolk Council to bring forward an appropriate scheme of new homes in a desirable location within South Norfolk.
