Land west of Cromer receives draft allocation in new North Norfolk Local Plan for up to 90 dwellings including a new primary school

We are pleased to announce that the land on the West Side of Cromer has been allocated in draft form by North Norfolk District Council for their impending new North Norfolk Local Plan.

if formally allocated by the NNDC, The land extending to approximately 20 acres (8.09 ha) would deliver:-

• 90 new homes
• A new primary school
• Self build plots
• Extensive Open Space (POS).

This site would deliver a truly “sustainable” development which is at the very heart of the Government’s Housebuilding programme to provide quality, safe and sustainable communities for people to live and work.
