Land south of Holt receives draft allocation in new North Norfolk Local Plan for up to 110 dwellings including a new primary school

We are pleased to announce that the land on the south side of Holt has been allocated in draft form by North Norfolk District Council for their impending new North Norfolk Local Plan.

The site will also accommodate land for a new primary school to be built upon the land in the future by Norfolk County Council.

If formally allocated by the NNDC, The land extending to approximately 20 acres (8.0 ha) would deliver:-

• 110 new homes
• A new primary school
• Extensive Open Space (POS).

This site would deliver a truly “sustainable” development which is at the very heart of the Government’s Housebuilding programme to provide quality, safe and sustainable communities for people to live and work.
