Land sold to local developer to deliver 30 new high-class dwellings in Broadland village

Mayes & Co Ltd have recently agreed terms to sell a 5-acre (2 ha) site on behalf of a local farming family which will deliver 30 new dwellings in a sought-after location approximately 12 miles east of Norwich.

The dwellings will be sensitively designed to allow the landowners to leave a lasting legacy at the site and protect their amenity as they will remain living directly next to the new development as well as delivering much needed bungalow accommodation at the site to cater for the ageing population within the locality.
