Land sale completed to Norfolk Regional Developer for 106 new homes

APRIL 2018

Mayes & Co Ltd are pleased to confirm the sale of a site for up to 106 new dwellings in the Broadland Council Local Authority area.  This was a private land sale with a regional developer and a local farming family.

This site was kindly introduced to our company from a local architectural firm who had worked with he family for a number of years on a variety of different building projects (including barn conversions and equestrian property), culminating in this site which was the last major project for the family.

We wish the developer well with their next development project & he family with their future plans.
