Plans submitted for 89 new homes in Stradbroke, Suffolk
NOVEMBER 2020
Working in conjunction with Earlswood Homes, we have submitted plans for 89 new homes on the edge of the desirable and highly sustainable village of Stradbroke in the Mid Suffolk District Council administrative area of Suffolk. The scheme proposed will also include 9 affordable homes. The site will be accessed off Queen Street in the centre of the village.
This well designed of 89 new homes will compliment the existing village and allow the wide range of services in the village to flourish and thus represents the epitome of “sustainable development” which is the “golden thread” which runs through the Governments’ National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) which underpins all housing and planning decisions.
The village currently has a wide variety of services on offer including doctors surgery, village shop, bakery, butchers, children’s nursery, primary and secondary school, hairdressers and various tradespeople (carpenters, plumbers, electricians).
We hope to achieve a successful outcome on this site from Mid Suffolk District Council in the first quarter of 2021.
