Terms agreed with landowner for promotion of 8 acres of agricultural land to deliver 50 new dwellings in South Norfolk village

Terms have been agreed with a local elderly landowner on a site in South Norfolk which will deliver in the region of 45-50 new homes in a highly sought-after location. The deal, identified by ourselves will allow the resident to sell their land with the benefit of planning permission and add value to their landholding through the planning process which they were otherwise unaware of meaning that they benefit from the significant increase in land value arising from the planning process.
