Contract agreed on 6 acre greenfield site which will deliver a 67 much needed new homes development north of Norwich close to the new Northern Distributor Road (NDR)

Mayes & Co Ltd have agreed terms with 2 local landowners who have agreed to sell their land to a regional house builder for the development of 67 new homes on what is currently used as grazing paddocks.

The site was allocated for development within the Broadland District Council Local Plan.

The development will be close to the northern distributor road so will provide excellent connections into Norwich.

The development proposed will encompass a mixture of 2, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom homes.
