Terms agreed for 20 acre greenfield site in South Norfolk to deliver 165 new dwellings and community facilities

Mayes & Co Ltd have recently agreed a Promotion Agreement for 20 acres of greenfield land in South Norfolk. The promoter will apply to South Norfolk Council for 165 new dwellings with an array of community facilities and benefits including a new playground facility as well as a development which will use Sustainable Drainage Systems (SUDS).

This highly sustainable location will provide residents (if the development is approved) a wide variety of local services and amenities within close proximity to their properties.
